Η Βανέσα Μπράιαντ έχει προσφύγει στη

δικαιοσύνη για να αλλάξει την διαθήκη του συζύγου της Κόμπι, που έφυγε από τη ζωή σε τραγικό δυστύχημα με ελικόπτερο, μαζί με την κόρη τους.

Σύμφωνα με το Yahoo! Sports, η Βανέσα επιθυμεί να προσθέσει σε αυτήν την μικρή τους κόρη Κάπρι.

Τι έχει συμβεί;

Η Βανέσα Μπράιαντ ζήτησε από τους δικαστές να τροποποιήσουν τη διαθήκη του Μπράιαντ,για να προσθέσει την Κάπρι που είναι είναι 9 μηνών.

Η μικρή κόρη του ζευγαριού γεννήθηκε μετά την τελευταία τροποποίηση της διαθήκης του Κόμπι Μπράιαντ και δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται σε αυτήν.

My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers. We definitely need them. We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri. Ο Κόμπι δημιούργησε διαθήκη με όλη την περιουσία του το 2003, την οποία έχει τροποποιήσει αρκετές φορές. Η τελευταία αλλαγή έγινε το 2017.

Σύμφωνα με το Yahoo Sports η Βανέσα εξήγησε στο δικαστήριο, ότι η πρόθεση του Κόμπι ήταν σαφώς η φροντίδα των παιδιών του. Ωστόσο, πέθανε πριν προλάβει να βάλει και τη μικρή τους κόρη σε αυτή. Δεν φανταζόταν ότι θα έφευγε από τη ζωή τόσο ξαφνικά.
