Ο Charles Morgan απομακρύνθηκε από την Morgan

Εχθές η Morgan ανακοίνωσε πως ο Charles Morgan «δεν είναι μέρος της ομάδας διοίκησης ή του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου».

Απλό έτσι; Από ότι φαίνεται όμως δεν είναι και τόσο απλό αφού ο ίδιος ο Charles Morgan ενημέρωσε Αγγλικό μέσο πως θα ασκήσει έφεση για την απόφαση αυτή που σημαίνει πως δεν αποχώρησε οικειοθελώς αλλά μάλλον απομακρύνθηκε. Ο κος Morgan

δεν έχει κάνει άλλες δηλώσεις εκτός από ένα tweet που λέει πως ήταν «θλιβερή, περίεργη ημέρα».

Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο από την άλλη είπε πως η απόφαση «αντανακλά το μέγεθος και την πολυπλοκότητα της ολοένα και πιο παγκόσμιας επιχείρησης», ότι και αν σημαίνει αυτό και πως «ενώ αυτές είναι σημαντικές εξελίξεις για την εταιρία, η οικογένεια Morgan, οι επιμέρους διευθυντές και το management προσβλέπουν στην κοινοποίηση περισσότερων νέων στην διευρυμένη κοινότητα της Morgan στο προσεχές μέλλον».

Further to decisions taken in January of this year, Morgan Technologies is now in a position to announce that Charles Morgan is no longer part of the management team or Board of Directors of the company.
