Game Oscars: σάρωσε το Red Dead Redemption

Βραβεία Oscar δεν αποδίδονται μόνο στις ταινίες αλλά και στα παιχνίδια. Ο λόγος για τα Interactive Achievement Awards τα οποία αποδίδονται από την Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, στην οποία συμμετέχουν πολλοί «insiders» από τη βιομηχανία των ηλεκτρονικών παιχνιδιών.


Υψηλόβαθμοι εκπρόσωποι από τις Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Electronic
Arts, Capcom, Epic Games και πολλές ακόμα μεγάλες εταιρείες ανάπτυξης παιχνιδιού αποφασίσουν που θα αποδώσουν τα εύσημα.

Οι νικητές της 14ης διοργάνωσης είναι οι εξής:


Action Game of the Year: „Red Dead Redemption“
Αdventure Game of the Year: „Limbo“
Family Game of the Year: „Dance Central“
Fighting Game of the Year: „Super Street Fighter 4“
Game of the Year: „Mass Effect 2“
Portable Game of the Year: „God of War – Ghost of Sparta“
Role Playing Game of the Year of the Year: „Mass Effect 2“
Social Networking Game of the Year: „Cityville“
