Η Nokia εξαγοράζει την Scalado και εξαφανίζει τους ανεπιθύμητους…

Εννούμε ότι εξαφανίζει τους ανεπιθύμητους από τις φωτογραφίες, λειτουργία για την οποία έγινε γνωστή η εταιρεία ανάπτυξης λογισμικού Scalado τους προηγούμενους μήνες και θα ενσωματώνεται στα επερχόμενα smartphones της RIM με το λειτουργικό σύστημα BlackBerry 10. Τώρα και τα camera

Η συνεργασία με την RIM δεν θα διακοπεί αλλά μάλλον κάποια πρώτα κινητά BlackBerry θα έχουν τις φωτογραφικές ευλογίες της Scalado, μετά αποκλειστικά και μόνο Nokia. Άντε με το καλό και στο πρώτο Nokia Windows Phone με Pure View!!

Breaking: Nokia Acquires Mobile Imaging Technology Maker Scalado

Nokia today announced the acquisition Scalado, which currently has imaging technology on more than 1 billion mobile devices.
Jo Harlow, executive vice president, Smart Devices at Nokia on this acquisition,

“Nokia has been working with Scalado for more than ten years and they’ve contributed to many of our leading imaging applications,” , “This transaction would enable us to combine our leadership in camera devices with their expertise in imaging, helping people move beyond taking pictures to capturing moments and emotions and then reliving them in many different ways.”
Håkan Persson, CEO of Scalado on this acquisition,

“This is a great opportunity for many of our people to show their leadership in imaging and to continue to build its future,” , “Doing this as part of Nokia, already a leader in mobile imaging, will reinforce the strength of the technologies and competences developed at Scalado. We are very excited about this opportunity, which is a natural next step in our longstanding relationship with Nokia.”
Scalado was the company behind the new camera rewind feature announced as part of the Blackberry 10 camera experience. So, expect many imaging features on Lumia Windows Phone devices soon.
