Duties

Reception and registration of Client OrdersEnsuring that Client Orders transmitted for execution in accordance with
“Best Execution Policy”Confirming that the Orders are executed according to the Watch List / Restricted ListRecord – keeping in regard of received and executed Client OrdersMonitoring of Margin Calls sending the relevant notifications of ClientsOverall responsibility of the Brokerage Department

Qualifications

Degree in Economics/Banking/Finance/AccountingReception and Transmission or Execution of Orders Certificates from Ministry of FinanceExperience in working for a Regulated Cyprus Investment FirmKnowledge of Back Office and / or Middle Office procedures will be an advantageExcellent use of English Language

Financial Accountant

Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) regulated by CySec based in Limassol is seeking to recruit a professional for the position of the Accountant.

Duties

Managing the Accounting Department.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.Documents financial transactions by entering account information.Supervise and follow up on all financial tasks within the company.Good knowledge of the MiFID Directive and the CySec Law, Circulars and Guidelines.Detail preparation, monitoring and calculation of Capital Adequacy.Preparation of the Capital Adequacy Report for the CySec.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a similar position in-house or in Audit/Advisory firm.Finance related degree.ACCA/CPA/ACA or university degree in Accounting will be an advantage.Knowledge of Back office procedures will be an advantage.Knowledge / experience of a Back Office software will be an advantage.CySec Certificates for Reception & Transmission or Execution of orders.Ability to work independently.Excellent use of English Language.
