• Define project objectives, timelines, WBS and resource requirements; Establish clear ownership of project tasks
• Understand, document and communicate stakeholder requirements to respective team members
• Manage stakeholders
• Participate in the definition and documentation of Business Requirements
• Participate in the design and/or testing phases
• Coordinate delivery of development and production releases that meet quality assurance standards
• Develop and document IT procedures
• Assist technical team in design and development tasks
• Track & proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
• Make certain deadlines are met appropriately; Provide supervision when required
• Facilitate user training
• Create project related templates / documentation
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
• Utilize software life-cycle methodology
• Other duties may be assignedNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:• University Degree in Computer Engineering/ Operational Research/ Mathematics/ Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a consultancy/ advisory firm
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Able to use own initiative, prioritise and work independently
• Excellent strategic, operational, technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent written skills
• Ability to elicit cooperation form senior management and other department staff
