Fileminders Ltd, the leading company in Records and Information Management in Cyprus is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the position of Client Support Technician in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be working under direct supervision and will interact with customers and colleagues to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about company’s services, following company’s quality management procedures and policies.The successful candidate will be responsible to:Handle client general queries, complains and correspondence (both verbal and written)Maintain and update client records and database using company’s tailor made softwareEstablish communication with other departments regarding client requests ensuring accurate information is communicated and documentedIdentify and suggest possible ways to improve current client servicing and proceduresGenerally assist with other duties assigned as and when requiredSkills and Requirements for the Position:·Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the services industryGood technical and technological understandingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProblem-solving abilities and attitudeWritten and verbal fluency in both Greek and English languageSelf-motivation and results-oriented attitudeAbility to work well under pressureTime-management skills and the ability to prioritizeAttention to detailStrong team spiritClear Criminal RecordsRemunerationCompetitive package according to skills and experience, which includes 13th Salary, Provident Fund and Medical Insurance cover.If you would like to be considered for the above job, please forward your CV to Mrs Christia Yiasiti (email address: [email protected]).All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
