Business Development Assistant – Cyprus

Responsibilities:
 Identifying appropriate businesses in the Cyprus region for the ‘My Destination Cyprus’ site
 Booking of sales appointments to demonstrate the Company’s website
 Undertaking face to face sales demonstrations of the Company’s website
 Sending email

proposals of the company’s products to potential customers.
 Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s website, the company products offering and the “My Destination Brand”
 Developing multimedia solutions
 Undertaking after sales service including customer profile creation, support and follow up
 There is scope to take on additional responsibilities and further develop the role

Sales Strategy:
 Selling site business profiles, multimedia solutions and advertising banners to tourism related businesses in the Cyprus region.
 Effectively manage first point of contact with prospect through to post meeting follow up to close the sale.

Working Hours:
A minimum of 38 hours per week. Basic salary of €600 is paid with commission 25% on top for sales made. More hours can be worked on a commission only basis.

Sales Target:
You will be expected to be completing 20+ sales appointments a week. For guidance: €1,000 of sales equates to €250 commission plus €600 basic = €850.

Payment:
Commission paid based on customer invoice settlement.
Commission paid on sales above €600.

Support & Training:
You will emailed training materials to enable you to understand and articulate the key sales messages to customers and understand how to set up the website demo. The support will include:

 Customer Website Demo Notes (script)
 Solution information (the features we deliver to customers)
 The Sales Process (to understand what happens once a sale is made)
 Pricing List – Internal Version (not for customers)
 Telephone Appointment Guidance Notes
 Our 100% support
