Καθήκοντα:Dealing with legal issues of the CompanyCoordinating PrimeTel’s Regulatory Affairs cases with the Office
of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation (OCECPR), Competition Committee, Personal Data Protection, Wholesale Partners, European Commission, government and any other related bodiesSupporting PrimeTel on major regulatory issues at National and European levelMonitor the telecom sector and file new cases /complaints to Regulator (OCECPR), Competition Committee and European CommissionReviewing and/or drafting customer agreements, partner agreements, vendor agreements and any other contracts related to the businessRepresenting PrimeTel at meetings, public hearings and conferencesEnsuring that the company complies with all of the regulations and laws pertaining to their businessΠροσόντα:Law Degree from an accredited Law SchoolKnowledge of Cyprus and EU legislationCombination of legal and business skills to ensure PrimeTel’s position against legal issuesIn depth knowledge of the application of regulation in the telecoms and competition sectorFlexible and consensual approach – able to work well in a small teamPro-active, able to work on own initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English, other languages will be considered an advantageExcellent Computer skillsΑπολαβές:Salary and other benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience.Ημερομηνίες: 2013-06-10 - 2013-07-05http://www.primetel.com.cy/careers/internal-legal-advisorΤμήμα Ανθρώπινου ΔυναμικούΔιεύθυνση: Λεωφόρος Ομονοίας 141, The Maritime Center, Block B, 3045email: [email protected]Τηλ: 25867000
