UNITEAM MARINE is an international shipping company actively involved in all aspects of ship management with offices in Cyprus, Germany, Ukraine, Singapore and Myanmar.ΑΝΑΖΗΤΑΤΕ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑ; – ΕΚΑΤΟΝΤΑΔΕΣ ΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ – ΠΑΤΗΣΤΕ ΕΔΩ!!With immediate effect, we are looking for an Insurance Administrator to be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Notification to Underwriters/ Brokers for inclusions, exclusions, amendments etc. of vessels and personnel in various policiesPreparation and submission of Insurance declarationsChecking / approval of invoices for payment and collection of same for compilation of claimsChecking of insurance policies upon renewal and endorsements during the financial yearData entries in our Insurance softwareInsurance claims handling:Reporting to Underwriters / P&I ClubsFollow up correspondence in coordination with crew departmentPreparation and Submission of claimsFollow up payments after submission of the claimsMaintaining insurance records, P&I loss ratio statisticsReporting / updating Owners about the status of their claims in accordance with Owners’ requirementsChecking of Monthly Illness ReportsMaintaining the insurance filing systemGeneral administration when requiredJob Requirements:Previous experience in handling of crew and other claimsShipping related degree is preferredStrong analytical and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent command of English language (oral and written)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsExcellent multicultural skillsTo apply please send your full CV in English and a cover letter to: UNITEAM MARINE LIMITED Attn: HR Department c/o Human Resources Manager P.O.
