Due to Expansion, our Limassol based Management Office is seeking to recruit an experienced Legal and Compliance officer to join our team.

The Ideal candidate should have an excellent command of spoken and written English

with at least 2 years of experience in management of offshore companies and trusts.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing various corporate agreements and arranging for execution.Reviewing and approving Know Your Customer (KYC) files for complex banking products, preforming analysis of client
information/transactions, and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).Knowledge of the laws applicable to money laundering, and updating managers on regulatory developments and legislation
amendments.Provide advisory support to our administration department.Experience in implementation of relevant Cyprus legislation and directives of CySec.Excellent communicator, self-motivated with great organizational skills to work under pressure.

Excellent remuneration and package available depending on qualifications and experience.
