- Build a marketing dashboard that reports and visualizes key performance indicators
- Analyse marketing and business metrics and provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities
- Provide user demographics, behaviour data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation
- Evaluate clients data, prices, distribution channels and marketing outlets to assist developing marketing and sales strategies for existing and future products or services
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors; determine brand perceptions; evaluate market penetration; understand customer needs
- Develop focus groups and surveys to capture market research data
- Provide competitive analysis to maintain company competitive advantages
- Monitor and track competitive advertisements, PR and website messaging
- Perform customer satisfaction survey and compile results report and analysisNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:- A University Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Administration/ Market Research or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years previous experience as a Marketing or Business Analyst
- Experience in conducting sales and marketing campaign response analyses
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid business acumen, management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytical tools and interfaces
- Strong computer skills, including business intelligence and reporting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with multiple technical and business groups
