We are looking to hire a part time Accounting Assistant for our Accounting Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible on the following:

- Providing accounting support
- Bookkeeping
- Processing payments, withdrawals and deposits
- Reconciling finance accounts
- Analyse financial information
- Preparation of profit and loss statements
- Preparation of balance sheet
- Speak with suppliers regarding financial issues
- Process, update and maintain various routine accounting documents
- Provide general assistance in Back office
- Other duties as assignedNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:- Must speak English Fluently
- A degree in Accounting , Finance or any related field will be considered an advantage
- LCCI (higher) qualification would be desirable
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills
- Characteristics of integrity discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability
- Paying attention to detail
- Taking initiativeOther requirements:The position involves working three times per week until late in the afternoon from 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00.
