Our Group of companies is interested in recruiting an Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible, among others, for:
• The daily operation of the group
• Ensuring compliance to the established standards and procedures
• Analysing data

and statistics, suggesting solutions and strategic planning
• Providing assistance and/oradvice on operational issues
• Be responsible for company\'s customer service


The suitable candidate must:
• Poses strong leadership, organisational and supervisory skills
• Be analytical, self motivated and be able to operate under pressure
• Must be highly computer literate
• Have a University degree
• Have very good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Have experience in staff training
• Be able to work as a team
• Have previous experience in a managerial position
