Responsible for the technology strategy, leadership and
infrastructure of the organization. To source and or develop new systems and products aiming at fulfilling the company’s business needs, enhance and manage the existing business systems and products as well as adopt or acquire technology to enhance profitability.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

•To formulate and lead all technology strategy for the organization
•To engage in formulating product strategy
•To generate project and manage the delivery of various technology products/services for the group
•To improve ROI for products used by external and internal clients
•To consistently work with the various business teams to address their product and systems requirements
•Effectively manage the technology HR, encourage team building and instil company culture
•To successfully drive business initiatives alongside other senior managers in order to support growth
•Plan and maintain the budget required to undertake various projects based on overall business objectivesNumber of persons required:0Qualifications required:Essential:

•BSc in IT, Engineering, Business, Finance or other related

Desirable:
•MSc or MBAOther requirements:Experience

Essential:
•At least 10 years experience in a senior management capacity within established technology companies

Desirable:
•Experience within a forex or ecommerce financial related company
