Πόσες ώρες την εβδομάδα αφιερώνεις πραγματικά στον εαυτό σου; Πόσο συχνά κάνεις κάτι για την ψυχική σου υγεία; Η καμπάνια takeamoment4mind στα social media μας καλεί να κλείσουμε τα μάτια μας και να φωτογραφηθούμε για έναν πολύ σημαντικό λόγο!

Διάσημοι και μη απ’ όλο τον κόσμο ανεβάζουν ασπρόμαυρες φωτογραφίες τους με κλειστά μάτια για να στείλουν ένα δυνατό μήνυμα! Τα “μάτια ερμητικά κλειστά” για την καμπάνια takeamoment4mind έχει στόχο να μας παροτρύνει να βρίσκουμε μια στιγμή μέσα στη μέρα για να πάρουμε μερικές χαλαρωτικές ανάσεις

και να φροντίσουμε την ψυχική μας υγεία.

Διάσημες -και όχι μόνο- γυναίκες απ’ όλο τον κόσμο ποζάρουν με τα εσώρουχά τους στο Instagram για έναν σημαντικό λόγο

Πίσω απ’ το project βρίσκεται ο Βρετανός φωτογράφος Ray Burmiston, ο οποίος θέλει να υπενθυμίσει σε όλους ότι το πιο σημαντικό είναι να είμαστε ψυχικά υγιείς.

Τα έσοδα από τις φωτογραφίες θα δοθούν στον φιλανθρωπικό οργανισμό ψυχικής υγείας, Mind, που διοργανώνει μία εικονική έκθεση εν μέσω της πανδημίας του Covid- 19, με τίτλο: “Take a Moment”.

Μέχρι σήμερα, έχουν ανεβάσει στα social media φωτογραφίες πάνω από 250 διάσημες προσωπικότητες, ποζάροντας σε μια χαλαρή στιγμή.

Σημειώνεται πως δεν είναι όλες οι φωτογραφίες καινούργιες. Κάποιες έχουν τραβηχτεί τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια απ’ τον Ray Burmiston, ο οποίος είχε ζητήσει απ’ τα άτομα να ποζάρουν για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα έχοντας κλειστά τα μάτια τους, ώστε να αφεθούν στον φακό. Το εντυπωσιακό αποτέλεσμα χρησιμοποιείται τώρα για καλό σκοπό και το μήνυμα που θέλει να στείλει είναι σπουδαίο!

Liam Gallagher is one of over 200 celebrities who took part in Take a Moment – an interactive exhibition in aid of mental health charity MIND. The virtual art gallery, which is live online now, features portraits of stars seen ‘taking a moment’ to close their eyes and ‘refresh their energy and connection’. You can also submit your own ‘eyes closed’ photo to the evolving exhibition to be displayed alongside the stars for a donation fee and a nomination of someone else to do the same. All donations will go towards MIND, the charity offering support, information and advice to people with mental health problems, and to artists who can no longer perform due to COVID. Virtual guests to the exhibition will also be able to purchase exclusive prints of a selection of the celebrity portraits.
