Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the candidate will be responsible for promoting the diverse property portfolio of the company and consulting with clients on investment and property related issues concerning the Cyprus Real Estate market. In addition, continually seeking to establish, build and enhance enduring business relationships with existing and prospective real estate agents as well as with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing constructive relationships with existing customers.
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.Number of persons required:1Qualifications required:• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Degree or related field
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Russian Languages, both written and oral.
• Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express.
• Flexibility to travel within the country and overseas.
• Dynamic with a strong drive for achievement, excellent interpersonal skills, customer oriented, self motivated, analytical, creative and organised.
• Experience in property sales would be considered additional advantage
