This position is not located in the United States. Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar. The incumbent serves as a Technical Laboratory Coordinator in the Petroleum Engineering Program at Texas A&M University at Qatar. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the undergraduate teaching laboratories

to provide an effective environment for teaching and research.

Independently provides problem solving and review sessions for the courses of: Production Engineering, Well Performance, Drilling Engineering, Petrophysics and Reservoir Fluids. Responsible for quality control, routine maintenance, and inventory management of laboratory supplies and instrumentation. Supervises student workers in laboratory maintenance. Holds office hours for one-on-one tutoring and mentoring of the undergraduate students. Edits, photocopies, scans, and posts handouts and solutions relating to classroom work.
